The room is very quiet, clean and comfortable. It has plenty of amenities. The heat & ac work great. Bed is medium firm, but very comfortable. The parking is "odd" but there is quite a bit. (NOTE: Check in first then park. Trust me.) The hotel is between Aquatica and SeaWorld, so if that is your plan it is located perfectly.

We had a pleasant stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld while traveling as a family for a cheer competition. The hotel is centrally located and incredibly convenient for accessing both the local theme parks and the convention center. Our rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. While the breakfast was just okay during the week, the quality and variety definitely improved as we got closer to the weekend, specifically from Friday through Sunday. The only minor drawback was the lack of a full-length mirror in the room, which would have been very helpful for getting competition-ready. Overall, it was a great experience and we would certainly return in the future.

Pretty cool studio that fits 5 people easily. Small kitchen with mini stove, full fridge, kitchenware, dishwasher. Descent continental breakfast. Nice pool. Location was perfect, close to everything. Really recommended. But... one thing thats becoming normal in every hotel lately: linen smells like used.

Ok so I usually DO leave hotel reviews. This will probably have to be my next usual stay in Orlando hotel. We live 2 hrs away and when in Orlando we have stayed at a variety of places, some good, some bad. This one was good for the price point. Franklin was at guest services and he checked us in. Staff or at least he is bilingual and he showed ua kind cuatomer service. Location is good, as some rooms allow you to see disney fireworks. The pool area is superb for families as it only goes to 3 feet. I wish it had a hot tub/jacuzzi though. My well travelled 11 and 5 year old were so impressed by the room, as was I, as it was soo spacious. We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we bad more time this visit. We will return hopefully! I think I got a 1 bedroom suite which had two queens in a separate area with its own door, separate from the living room. 2 tvs, kitchenette, desk area, 2 ac units in the room. The property offers cooking tools, seasonings and board games. Parking was a dime and a half but somewhat limited in space. Hope this helps another family out.

Had a very nice stay here. They upgraded my room to the largest suite they had available, which came equipped with a full kitchen! The beds are very comfortable, the walls are thick, and the rooms are very spacious. There’s also a free breakfast that they offer. My only complaint is the AC system they have, the one in my room kept making loud clicking noises in the middle of the night. But, other than that, I had a very enjoyable experience here.

Such an amazing experience! We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the room (family suite) was stunning, clean and so spacious ! My kids didn’t want to leave lol I loved that there is a full kitchen in the room and every single person we encountered who worked there was such a gem! So sweet and helpful with an awesome attitude. Love that it is walking distance from seaworld. 10/10 will stay again and recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel it was very clean amazing atmosphere with amenities. The staff 10/10, Franklin was amazing and very helpful every thing we needed he made it happen. All the staff is friendly and informative. Breakfast was great and the rooms were very nice. Overall, I highly recommend to stay here.

Hotel staff was great, everyone was friendly. Room was pretty clean, just starting to show its wear. Good location, close to many things.
